# Case Close

POST 

Occurs whenever a case is closed

## Request

### Headers

- `x-flagright-signature` (string, required) — An [HMAC SHA256 signature](/guides/webhooks/signatures#verifying-signatures) generated using the webhook payload and a shared signing secret. This is then converted to a hex encoded string.

### Payload

- `id` (string, required) — Unique identifier for the event
- `triggeredBy` (enum, required) — Event triggered by a user or system
  - Allowed values: `MANUAL`, `SYSTEM`
- `createdTimestamp` (double, required) — Time at which the event was created. Measured in ms since the Unix epoch.
- `type` (enum, required)
  - Allowed values: `CASE_CLOSED`
- `data` (CaseStatusDetails, required)
- `account` (string, optional) — Email ID associated with the event

- `caseId` (string, optional)
- `caseType` (enum, optional)
  - Allowed values: `MANUAL`, `SYSTEM`, `EXTERNAL`
- `status` (string, optional)
- `reasons` (list of string, optional)
- `reasonDescriptionForOther` (string, optional)
- `comment` (string, optional)
- `userId` (string, optional)
- `userType` (enum, optional)
  - Allowed values: `BUSINESS`, `CONSUMER`
- `transactionIds` (list of string, optional)
- `caseGroupId` (string, optional) — Id of the case group this case belongs to. Absent when the case is not mapped to a case group.
- `caseGroupName` (string, optional) — Display name of the case group.
- `caseTags` (list of Tag, optional) — Tags attached to the case.

### Tag

Generic key-value pair model to append a custom variable being sent to Flagright API

- `key` (string, required) — Key value when you are creating a custom variable
- `value` (string, required) — Value for a given key when you are creating a custom variable
- `isTimestamp` (boolean, optional) — Flag to indicate if the tag value is a timestamp
